All going to plan 

Fourth day of 9 that I would like to achieve my target of 10000+ steps along with achieving my target of consuming less than 80g of sugar for 13 days straight. 

I feel great,  and my pod is deflating  although I’ve not lost any weight since last Tuesday. So i might do a couple of runs before I weigh again on Saturday.
