Mindfulness 

Why do I begin to feel there’s something more to this mindfulness,  this morning during my assertion in action I remember thinking to myself,  “right now be assertive!” and I was. 

Was it the act of thinking about it or the positive thought to “be” assertive. 

Maybe like the chimp paradox says it’s the beginning of inputting an autopilot
