We have so many routines 

  • Get up have coffee, check social media walk the dog. 
  • Prep my and lous packed lunch for work 

Just 2 of my daily start up routines. Accepting the chimp paradox lesson that routines are embedded in the computer of our brain, then we have to ask whether some of our routines are productive or counter productive, after all it is said if you always do the same thing you must expect the same results.

This is the most difficult part of the model for  me, finding those gremlins which often dance together and then working out and replacing them with autopilots. 

But with a lot of guidance, I’m doing it and you can too.
