I want to run, however 2 weeks in a row my right calf has pulled my foot into a vertical position, hurts like hell. I manage to stretch it off, but the soleus muscle is bunched up and aches.
Am I overstretching or not not stretching enough, I don’t know.
It’s frustrating especially as my inner chimp is on side, Clarence wants to run..
Then I’m sure I’ll find a way because You can’t stop me. your can’t keep a good man down.
