It is said, when you don’t want to do something is definitely the time you should.
Stopping the intensity of my running was a mistake, I admit some of the problem is work being so intense too, but Im really demotivated, at the moment.
However instead of running, this morning I dif the NYX legs bum and tum workout this morning.
Set 1 10 sit ups 10 laying leg raises 10 squats
Set 2 25 of the above
Set 3 same as set 1.
And I can tell you it’s a real killer, by the time you’ve done 25 leg raises your abs are burning.
Well I can still say I CAN I CAN I CAN you just watch me!!!!!!!!!!
