It’s still a barmy 28 degree Celsius so I’m doing a hiit workout instead of a run, mainly because the little beast wouldn’t appreciate it. So I’ve done a series of alternating sets of 10 :
1 jump lunges/narrow push ups
2 squats/star jump
3 jumping side lunges/wide squats
and one hard sprint as far as possible at maximum pace followed by 10 judo pushups.
Gotta keep the burn going, cos I CAN I CAN I CAN you just watch me!!!!!!!!
