Bread, is made from Wheat, (No surprise there) but according to articles I’ve read (I’m no expert) wheat contains a protein called Gluten (I’m not going on a lecturing tour) but it’s hard to break down in the stomach, which means it starts fermenting, which generates gas which in turn explains why you get bloated.
Well I’ve been bread free for almost two weeks, and this week, no cheats, and I feel fine.
Went for a run tonight only 2 miles but a good pace as you can see, and Clarence is happy to be running again. Surprised how he’s missed it.
But then you know what, yep you’re right I CAN I CAN I CAN you just watch me!!!!!!!!!!!!
