This morning I set off slow,  taking a 13 minute warm up mile,  but the second was my fastest yet,  10 minutes 40 and the third a slow down back to a 13 minute pace. As you can see I reached a speed burst of a 6.30 pace but only for a 200M burst.


I certainly appear to be getting fitter,  and by the ache in my glutes my recent squats seem to be having a good effect.  I’ll run again tomorrow,  I might try to beat today’s time or maybe an interval run.

Because I CAN I CAN I CAN you just watch me! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
