An active rest day

Today is a rest day,  so I’m walking Stella only around 2.5 to 3 miles. But then Lou and I are off on a shopping trip to ipswich, so that’ll prob see my 10000 steps completed.
I set out aiming to do 4 miles a day during this holiday,  well according to my calculations I’ve done 85 miles,  170000 steps already,  21 miles over my 64 target and I’ve still 3 days to go.
Well Stella’s walk has been paused every 100m  by some form of bodyweight training,  squats,  single leg squats,  reverse, side and forward lunges, raised leg push ups etc.
I’ve two reasons for targeting my quads,  hamstrings and glutes,  one you know,  is to strengthen them to try and resolve my knee pain,  but the other us they’re a large muscle group,  which means hitting them will allegedly burn fat,  and she’d weight.
I’m engaging my abs, and standing tall so that each step also has its maximum efficiency because I CAN I CAN I CAN you just watch me! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
