Stella and I did another 5.5 mile interval run this morning, burning nearly a thousand calories, according to my Runtastic pro app.
Warm up nearly a mile run 2 tenths, walk 1 for 12 sets, and walk the remaining 0.9 miles.
It took just under an hour and fifteen minutes. It also saw me complete a ninth day of four mile Plus runs, walks or a combination of both.
I’m not sure why, but I’m plateuing again, weighing this morning at 14 St 13 again. I’m not disappointed, but don’t get it, I’m running or power walking, most days and I hardly get near my net calorie guide, let alone the gross. However I’m achieving, because I’m doing what I set out to do, run because I CAN I CAN I CAN you just watch me! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
