Is it me, or is a middle distance power walk harder than a run.
As I write this, my abs and obliques ache, from my concentrating on keeping them engaged, on a power walk. Something is not do if I was running.
My heart rate goes up, again not as much as if I were running, but still into the region of 120bpm.
But still that’s a bit retorical, I’m still working out.
Because I CAN I CAN I CAN you just watch me! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
