Stretch, run, cold shower, stretch

Learnt a new stretch routine,  before and after my run,  which this morning was 2.5 miles averaging 12 min mile.
Stella trotting alongside me, cheeky mare,  as if to say can’t we go any faster.
I pushed myself as hard as could achieving a heart rate of 140bpm twice,  well into my fat burning zone.
Why?  Because I CAN I CAN I CAN you just watch me! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
