Wednesday, saw me up, prepare for work, grabbed Stella and out for a 13 minute mile pace, run as far as i could, and i surprised myself, 2 miles, at 11 minute mile pace. #boom as my nephew would say.
Felt great, realky feeling it now but ive stretched every muscle CANto its limit.

I returned home, to my breakfast, peanut butter and marmite on toast, nicer than it sounds.
The satisfaction, is in pushing my limits, that little but further each time. Getting my running intervals faster, getting my runs faster, and further. Small improvements are small, but achievements.
