A well Bread Enemy

So I’m excersising, but taking a break today, but I don’t feel bloated, why? Because I’m on day 4 of a bread free week. We’re both having sandwiches made from Ryvita or Crackers and yes I know they’re salty.
Apparently bread bloats because it absorbs water, doubling it’s size and just sitting there especially if it’s the simple carb, low fiber White loaf, wholegrain is better, but going totally bread free in three days my waistline has visibly reduced, and so has (how do I put this tactfully) the gaseous output at the other end. (Do hope you’re not reading this during your breakfast)
