Hit it hard

Couple of days forced rest, saw me back at the circuits thus morning. Added extra reps, to make up for lost workouts.
I’m definitely stronger, I can sit up, without using my arms, just my abs. I’m lighter, thinner and happier (i believe!)

Well its only brief this morning, but still proves that I CAN I CAN I CAN you just watch me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
