it’s amazing the difference a week makes

Second Run back after aggrevating my knee,

Richard just finished a Runtastic run of 4.16 mi in 56m 57s

My second run was a bit slow but felt good.
Blew away the few cobwebs that had gathered, and got me fired up again.
For now I’m gonna plan 2 runs a week so that i don’t aggrovate my knee again, giving it a chance to recover.
