My knee is still sore, but getting better. So did 5 yoga poses this morning including my planking challenge
1 mountain pose
2 plank 1.40
3 side bend
4 warrior 2
5 reverse warrior
Then into same breakfast as yesterday but twice.
Clarence is agitated, but I’m boxing him, with the simple truth
1 that we’re injured, and I don’t want to make it worse.
2 the yoga will help strengthen the knee and burn calories.
3 we can still walk our routes, still burning calories
