Planking challenge

Looks like I’m gonna have to take a short break from my running, so in the meantime I’m gonna undertake @zoetheballs planking challenge and see if I can catch her up and beat her to the 5 minutes.
The reason for taking a short break, injury, just like England Cricket hero, James Anderson, except its my right knee not my side, but I’m seeing an obstacle to get around, rather than a barrier to run into.
Managed 1 minute 17 seconds, tonight.
So really I CAN I CAN I CAN you just watch me!!!!!!!!
