Was supposed to be a pyramid run but I ran neatly all the way, after a 2 day break I’m chuffed though 3.6 miles all but.
It was difficult trying to keep to a lower pace. But I ran more.
The muscles already ached from yesterday’s yoga session.
Need to some serious calf stretching
Tomorrows another break day, so I’ll do yoga in the morning.
